Signed in pencil by the famous hostess and author, proposing a series of articles on entertaining, in part: "...I could smash to smithereens Emily Post's boring books on etiquette which are simply bunk from beginning to end... I could easily prove that as 'a world-acknowledged authority' what rubbish all this is and why. They could be tart and sharp, and I could give illustrations which would amaze even you..." Wrinkling at the lower right corner; faint rusted paperclip stain in the left margin. Very good(-) condition.
