Tall 8vo, the original vellum boards with handsome gilt-stamped design by Margaret Armstrong are preserved, but the book has been re-backed in plain gray cloth, a.e.g. New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, (1906). First Edition thus.
Limited Edition - number 95 of only 100 copies printed on Japanese vellum. The limitation page calls for the book to be signed, but all 100 copies were issued without signature.
