I want to thank you for your excellent service. I telephoned to inquire about the availability of a book this past Wednesday morning. Michele informed me it was available and took my order at about 11 AM EST. The next day when I got home from work, I was astounded to find that the book had been delivered in the early afternoon -- less than 30 hours after the order. Now, I know that UPS deserves some credit, but such fast delivery would not have occurred if Michele (and perhaps others) had not worked extremely efficiently. I just finished reading about the store and your family in Nick Basbanes newest book, Patience & Fortitude. I had previously read an article in Book magazine. I wished that I lived near so I could visit your store, it looks and sounds like a place I dream of getting lost in. Basbanes book mentioned that your father began a memoir but was, sadly, unable to finish the work. Would it be in anyway possible to read what must be a great historical adventure in bookselling?
