Written to Arthur Price at Sears and Roebuck, in part: "...The seasons come and go and, despite my good intentions...I find myself compelled to keep on earning money to build more barns, to house more cows, to give more milk, to help win the war. I have need of the sketches of mine that you have I think there are two, aren't there - a large one, and a little one of a boy and girl walking along. I need them for an exhibition and would appreciate very much your sending them to me..." Natural folds; staple holes in the upper left corner. Very good condition.
