She apologizes for not reading all of his recent book "But I had my own novel to finish up, and then Caresse Crosby came here....I have become so sick and so tired of books about the soul's anguish (including my own) that your book seemed to me exactly the sort of thing that I needed and that America needed.....I think the mistake we are all making is in continuing to write novels....It must be that an entirely other way of writing is to come....something without explanation or reason, like music or like poetry. 63 lines.Signed: Y
