Bumped and creased near the lower portion of the spine; very good(-) condition. Accompanied by an original copy of the March-April 1990 Issue of "Rights" Magazine, which features Leonard Boudin and has his photo on the cover.

Comments: Leonard Boudin was the lead council in the case of Gerry Adams v. James Baker, Secretary of State; Richard Thornburgh, Attorney General; and Lana C. Nelson, Director of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, whereby Adams was appealing a decision by the U.S. Government which denied him entry into the country.
