Document signed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania -- a military commission to Samuel Anderson appointing him Captain of the Light Infantry Company. Signed by Snyder in the upper left wide margin with a remnant of the wax seal. Natural folds; foxing and chipping. Good condition.
