Written to his father Lewis Morris -- a signer of the Declaration of Independence -- and mentioning uncle Gouvernier Morris's new baby being christened. Several folds, creases, chips, and tears; remnant of red wax seal. Fragile but good condition.

Comments: Richard Morris was a Commodore of the U.S. Navy.
