Friendly letter signed "Orson," responding to the birthday wishes he received from his friend, the columnist Leonard Lyon, in part: "...Mr. Foxworth was ill during his stay here. I was very sorry not to have met him because of your enthusiastic description -- and even more because he would have brought personal word from you and Sylvia..." Two horizontal folds; chipping along the right margin affects the decorative border but not the text. Very good(-) condition.

I am very pleased that you took the time to consult me on the price before just adding the additional shipping cost onto my credit card. Ordering things on-line, one runs into all kinds of less-than-considerate business practices... Thanks again for taking the time to contact me. I'm looking forward to the book. - Eric P.
