Description: 3 pages (front and back), 6.5 x 5 inches, Washington, no date, circa 1916. In this letter, Wilson thanks someone for a note, in part: "...Thank you again...for your sweet note - and feel assured the President and I feel with genuine appreciation that we have a friend in you on whom we could call if need be - and always find ready..." Accompanied by the envelope in which it was hand delivered. Light ink staining throughout; very good(-) condition.

Comments: Woodrow Wilson's second wife; labeled "the first woman to run the government" for the role she played when her husband suffered a disabling illness.
