Signatories include George Ramsay, Roswell Marsh, and George Flower as well as Revolutionary War heroes Elisha Putnam and John Lansing Jr. Two pages on aged, folded paper with signed notation of receipt on verso. Measures 6 x 8 inches. New York, September 11, 1805 and September 23, 1805.
