Signed "Joe" by the policeman-turned-author, famous for his realistic police stories, to fellow author Leon Uris, in part: "...I did very well with my Choirboys lawsuit. By legal agreement, I cannot reveal the settlement terms, but it would put a smile on your face...Have not heard a word from Mr. Aldrich. The notices crucified him. He requires a stout and ample cross, that one..." With hand-written corrections (note by recipient in top corner, stapled to onion skin carbon of Uris's reply). Very good condition.

I am very pleased that you took the time to consult me on the price before just adding the additional shipping cost onto my credit card. Ordering things on-line, one runs into all kinds of less-than-considerate business practices... Thanks again for taking the time to contact me. I'm looking forward to the book. - Eric P.
