Description: 4 pages, 2 blank, 12 x 7.5 inches, manuscript on printed official stationery, Port-au-Prince, October 11, 1814. Written to the republic's treasurer, directing him to pay a month's pension to a disabled soldier, in large part: "Je vous invite, Citoyen Tresorier, a payer des fonds de la Caisse Militaire la somme de deux gourdes, quatre vingt-un cens, montant du decompt ci joint faveur du Cne Jre Pierre, Invalide, poNTun mois de pension accordee par la loi." Chipping at the upper right corner; holes in the written words near the top. Good condition.
