I recently purchased a book from you, having searched via the internet. The book came yesterday and this note commends your service and quick response. I was impressed with the care taken to wrap the book with tissue paper and several layers of corrugated cardboard, as well as the speed with which you must have sent it out. It arrived only a week after the order, in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday. I thank you for the attention paid to the quality of my order and hope we will do more business.
